The process has increased from pressing 8 inflatable shafts per hour to pressing 15 inflatable shafts per hour, achieving a nearly 50% increase in the efficiency of single line pneumatic expansion shaft pressing work!

In response to the urgent production needs of the pre oxidation furnace, the Precision Manufacturing and Processing Business Unit took the lead in organizing and mobilizing frontline professional bending employees and equipment departments to provide suggestions and suggestions. Finally, the original equipment's built-in rear positioning device was abandoned, and the front multi gear positioning fixture was innovatively modified to cover almost all positioning dimensions of the pre oxidation furnace wall panel. At the same time, the positioning error caused by replacing positioning blocks was avoided, and there was no need for secondary measurement, greatly improving bending efficiency!

Through "small renovations", the space has been expanded and utilized skillfully. On the basis of ensuring non-destructive transportation of the product, the original loading parts required for a wrapping machine have been reduced by 79.80%, greatly reducing the transportation cost of a single machine.

04 Multi functional automatic guide rail cutting machine
