Overview
Industrial dust mainly comes from the mechanical pulverization and grinding of solid materials in industrial production, the mixing, screening, packaging and transportation of powdered materials, and the soot generated by the burning of materials. Mainly in the grinding workshop, industrial boilers, dust, thermal power plants, cement plants, paint plants and other industries have dust exhaust problems. Different dust collectors (filter cartridge dust removal, bag dust removal, and electric dust removal) are adopted for different dust characteristics.

(1) The bag filter is made of textile filter cloth or non-woven felt bag, which can collect dust of 0.3um or more and purify the dusty gas to 15mg/m3.

(2) The high-performance pulse filter cartridge dust collector can be adapted to different working conditions by changing the configuration of the filter cartridge material. It can be used in welding cutting, polishing, powder coating, grinding, powder engineering and other fields.

Process characteristics
